European perspective

In my dissertation, I make a research on the development of cross-border cooperation, on the main phases of the development of legal regulatory models and the current situation. Based on the research, I present the advantages of the new standard legal model of cross-border cooperation. I formulate a “scenario” to transform the existing cooperation into the new legal model.

My aim is to encourage the knowledge and application of a unified model and to support the increase of the effectiveness of the existing cooperation. I present the existing conceptual problems of the current regulation, the practical expectations of the regulatory systems, and the possible directions of further development of the institutionalised legal model.
