Abstract
With the introduction of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation, the European Commission has provided a striking new instrument for territorial cooperation throughout the Union. This handbook aims to provide an information and training tool on this new legal instrument that is directly, though not solely, targeted at European Territorial Cooperation programmes and projects.
