Another milestone reached in the Crossbordair project

In June 2023, the installation of air pollution measuring instruments started in Nyíregyháza.

Under an EU cross-border programme (HUSKROUA/1901/6.1/0058), 60 mobile instruments have been delivered to the city, and another fixed installation similar to the one at Széna Square will help to provide information and analysis. A website is also being set up as part of the programme, so that data on particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5), temperature and humidity will be available to the public from autumn, after the project has been completed.
