Banat-Triplex Confinium EGTC

The Green Transport project (ROHU422), a partnership between Mórahalom (HU) and Jimbolia (RO), is nearing its end, with the closing conference taking place on 19 July 2023.

The main objective of the project was to establish a joint cross-border public transport system between Jimbolia and Mórahalom. In Jimbolia, the electric microbuses purchased under the project will be used in local public transport in a traditional way. In Mórahalom, traditional public transport will be combined with sightseeing: visitors and local residents alike will be able to get to their destinations and visit the main tourist attractions in the town.
