Within the framework of the proposal, a pellet plant was established in Majcichov, which produces pellet from agricultural waste. This pellet is used for the heating of public institutions. A production line of briquette and pellet was purchased in Nyíradony, and a modern hall and a factory were established as well. Both partners purchased a tractor and a trailer, which are used to transport material. The tractor, however, can be used to clean minor roads with an adapter in the winter, and it can be used for transporting crops produced by public works in the summer.
