The aim of the project is for the project partners operating in the V4 countries to investigate and assess the employment opportunities of graduates at vocational secondary schools for agriculture. Within the framework of the project, study tours were organised, during which, they could get to know the neighbouring countries’ (Slovakia, Poland, Czechia) good practices and experiences of job opportunities for young people studying agricultural professions. Local opportunities were summarised in a study, and separate questionnaires for students, agricultural entrepreneurs and companies were made – getting to know the demands and requirements of the two parties.
