Legal accessibility – Serbia’s participation in european grouping of territorial cooperation (EGTC) and euroregional cooperation grouping (ECG)
Abstract
The current study, drafted by the experts of CESCI Balkans, summarizes the results of research on existing cross-border structures in the Balkans, particularly in Serbia, the legal background of cross-border cooperation and a set of recommendations. The research examined various issues, including the theoretical, policy and legal aspects of cross-border cooperation.
