Legal accessibility – Serbia’s participation in european grouping of territorial cooperation (EGTC) and euroregional cooperation grouping (ECG)
Abstract
The current study drafted by the experts of CESCI Balkans summarises the results of a research on the existing cross-border structures in the Balkans area, especially in Serbia; on the legal background of cross-border cooperation; and a set of recommendations. The research looked various issues, like the theoretical, the policy and the legal background of cross-border cooperation.
