The application of Regulation (EC) No 1082/2006 on a European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) – Report from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council

Abstract

This document shows the member states’ progress on implementation of Regulation, like the date of adaption and the authority to which the prospective members of an EGTC have to submit the request for approval. The document enumerates the already established EGTCs and characterizes their purpose; furthermore, it reports about the planned EGTCs which are under preparation.
