Hungarian overview

The purpose of this study is to briefly summarize and present the Regulation (EC) No 1082/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, its antecedents, the basic provisions for the establishment and operation of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation. In our opinion, the new legal institution will be effective tool for territorial cooperation. The study attempts to present some provisions of the Regulation together with the related Hungarian regulations.
