Jogszabályi áttekintés a magyar és román önkormányzatok egyes feladatainak európai területi együttműködési csoportosulás részére történő átadásáról (Legal overview of the transfer of certain tasks of Hungarian and Romanian local governments to an EGTC)

Abstract

The study can be divided into three parts. First, (regarding the task specification) the EGTC Regulation is analysed within the relevant international and community legal environment. Subsequently, the EU regulation is scrutinised with specific attention to the current project dimension. Finally, the authors examine the Hungarian and Romanian domestic national level legislation and focus on those legislation areas that allow cross-border institutional cooperation between municipalities.
