The risk analysis was created based on the previously made tourism themed market research documents, and the documents conducting a tourism, especially cultural tourism situation assessment. In this plan, we give a brief summary on the main findings of the situation assessment and market research, and the resulting comprehensive strategic direction. We also aim at analysing the risks relating to strategic preview.
