The aim of the programme is to train the RDV EGTC and regional actors to prepare and implement EU-funded developments and projects as effectively as possible. The programme is designed to help increase the amount of EU funding received and the number of projects implemented, as well as to strengthen the alignment of projects with EU policies.

It is expected that fewer resources will be available for the development of the border region in the next programming period. A significant part of the resources for the coming years should be devoted to the development and implementation of targeted proposals and cooperation projects.
