European perspective

The aim of this study is to take a new approach to regional policy, focusing on bottom-up processes of cross-border cooperation which are now among the direct objectives of economic and social cohesion. These processes help create a “Europe of cross-border” (euro)regions in a “deepening” and decentralizing Europe through the cooperation of cross-border areas.
