The first day featured insightful discussions on cooperation and optimization models, with a strong focus on transnational workgroups addressing financing schemes and performance analysis. The session on communication and dissemination emphasized visibility strategies and upcoming thematic steps.
A key highlight of the day was the site visit to Energetika Kragujevac, where participants explored the Waste Energy Recovery Project.
The second day was dedicated to the First Year Review Meeting, where project partners presented progress on key objectives. The discussion with JS/MA representatives confirmed that the project’s efforts are on the right track.
