The action plan (TAPE) is closely based on the previous results and implemented projects of the local product program launched by the Ister-Granum EGTC in 2012, the aim of which was the creation of a cross-border network of local products, some kind of a cluster. Furthermore, the aim was to implement the economic development of the Euroregion through this cluster, to improve its labour market and to strengthen regional identity.
The main goal of the action plan is to contribute to the less favoured employment situation on the Slovak side by rediscovering local heritage, along with developing and marketing products that are based on the gentle use of the landscape.

The specific goals of the TAPE are as follows:
– on the one hand, improving the operating conditions of the local product manufacturers,
– on the other hand, strengthening the cross-border integration of the local product market.

Activities:
– Extending the capacities of local producers by equipment procurement and the development of new services
– Improving the terms of sale
– Regional brand building and awareness raising
