Arrabona EGTC held a Border Tourism Development Forum on 18 April 2024, hosted by the Archabbey of Pannonhalma, with the support of the cross-border Small Project Fund.

Akácos Street has been inaugurated in Dunasziget

The Municipality of Dunasziget has won a grant of HUF 42,435,146 under the call for proposals VP6-7.2.1.1-21 “Development of local roads in rural areas”, announced by the Ministry of Agriculture. This enabled the complete resurfacing of Akácos Street in the municipality. The official opening took place on 23 June 2023.

Project opening event in Kunsziget

The opening event of the KEHOP-2.2.2-15-2021-00153 project, Modernization and expansion of the Kunsziget and its region’s wastewater treatment plant, was held on 23.06.2023.

Support for Member Settlements’ Developments

The new building was inaugurated on 16 February 2023 within the framework of the EU project “Establishing the Reformed Nursery of Győr”, which was implemented under the consortium leadership of the Municipality of Győr, in partnership with the Reformed Church of Győr.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade supports EGTCs with HUF 170 million in 2023

At the end of 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade launched a call for proposals to support the operational and project funding activities of the European Groupings for Territorial Cooperation in 2023. The available funding was HUF 170 million, of which a maximum of HUF 17 million per applicant could be awarded.
