Arrabona EGTC

The opening event of the KEHOP-2.2.2-15-2021-00153 project, Modernization and expansion of the Kunsziget and its region’s wastewater treatment plant, was held on 23.06.2023.

The event was addressed by Ivánné Lendvai, Mayor of Kunsziget, Sándor Széles, Chief Bailiff of the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Government Office and Zoltán Németh, President of the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Assembly. The development was presented by András Buczynski, representing Colas Alterra Zrt. The opening event was also addressed by Dr. István Nagy, Minister of Agriculture, who stressed the importance of the development and the promotion of environmental protection and energy efficiency.

The project is co-funded by the Government of Hungary under the Operational Programme for Environment and Energy Efficiency, with HUF 3.926 billion of non-reimbursable EU funding.

Arrabona EGTC is responsible for the mandatory information and publicity tasks.
