The Regional Bicycle Sharing System, Kombibike, has received an award from the Committee of the Regions

The European Committee of the Regions presents the award of European Groupings for Territorial Cooperation called “Building Europe Across Borders” every two years. In April 2022, Pannon EGTC applied for it with their project KOMBIbike (cross-border community bicycle rental system) that was implemented within the Interreg SKHU programme. Their work has been recognized and they received an honourable mention. Zoltán Bara, director of the EGTC, received the honourable mention at the annual meeting of the EGTC Platform in Liberec on 25 November 2022.
