The ceremonial laying of the foundation stone of the sauerkraut processing plant in Hidasnémeti

On 14 May 2021, with the participation of the Via Carpatia EGTC, the foundation stone of the sauerkraut processing plant in Hidasnémeti was ceremoniously laid.
The project partner TESZ-TEAM set up a plant for the processing of sauerkraut, where larger quantities of cabbage can be processed and the quality of local products can be improved. In addition to supporting the production of cross-border products, new jobs will be created, which will improve the unemployment rates in the micro-region. The plant will be built as part of the SKHU Local + 2 project, which is part of the Szépcserehát Territorial Action Plan for Employment.
